Working at Avbob is good coz u sign your own check You need to be dedicated and self driven. Its commission m telling you won't regret coz it pays a lot We are friendly to each other even managers and our Area manager I have learnt that working on an insurance industry you need to be target driven but mostly honest and loyal to your clients. I enjoy a lot when we having our monthly meetings, coz sometimes we get motivational talks by our managers or Area manager. The most challenging part is when a client's policy lapse then you find out that you dont get paid for that month.

Cons: Work at your own time

I'm very much dedicated and whiling to learn

I'm a 24 year old young woman who is whiling to learn and I'm very good in team working and ready to be challenged at all times,not afraid of working in a pressure environment. Working with customers is one of my strength because I always listen to them and comfort them at all times. I'm learning administration work for example answering calls, doing payments when the client wants to pay the policy, assisting clients when they have queries about their policies. I'm enjoying every minute at work because I have realize that every client have his/her character so its up to you how to approach them and always putting in mind that every client is right.

Pros: Enjoying to work with other people and learning every day
Cons: There are not disadvantages because working hours is okay

Quick to learn/ i have a learning ear.

I am dedicated to my work and respect my work, I work in a way that please myself and be proud of what I have accomplished. I am flexible, good communication skills within and out of the working environment. Good driving with good observation.

Myour company was exiting but but no basic salary which means you have to work hard for salary's month end ..making sure you making targets... Always have a good relationship with your clients...integrity is of the values I like .. manager wa..we had no bas

Ability to learn quickly

I am an Innovative Forensic Investigator with experience in the aspects of the forensic investigative functions. I have been trained to achieve the tasks for the position and I am well known of my work ethics. I mostly analyse, interprete and present my findings in a report format. The most challenging part of my job is to make decisions on the investigations that one has to do on an everyday basis.

I work in a Team of 42 employees

- I receive the claims from the Correspondence Clerk, sort it and assess and send it to the Underwriter. - I have a good relationship with my co-workers as we are working in Teams - The most challenging aspect is when a claim has been rejected and you have to inform the client

I habe a very strong experience in administration

I am a malenof 26 years of age. I have a diploma in computer, NQF LEVEL 4 WEALTH MANAGEMENT AND LONG TERM INSURANCE NQF LEVEL 4 120 credits, and grade 12 as my qualifications. I have a working experience as an office administrator for about two years, while i was working at AVBOB mutual assurance society(Lephalale life office). During my contract at avbob, i gained lot of experience that helped me to become more suitable candidate to work as an office administrator even in other companies. If you can give me this opportunity, i will help your company to achieve its goals with my maximum effort and experience that ill be giving in my everyday life. Thank you

Excellent learning

We normal work everyday including sundays because we recruiting clients and my relationship with co-workers is good that i don't even get bothered for going to work.. i have learn alot things which include patience and communication skills.. i enjoy telling people about our company to invest butthe most challenging aspect is that you have to convince a person to join and for that person to provide his/her documents to you because recruiting a person isnit easy at all

Great place to learn more and broaden my skills and knowledge

Working at AVBOB is good. I enjoy working there. My co-workers are great people to be around. They are supportive and helpful. Working with different people has taught me to be more patient and to look at different people with different perspectives. Having to work with different people could be challenging at times. Different people, different behaviours. This is when your ability to work with other people come into play, patience, listening skills, being humble at all times.

Pros: Gaining the necessary experience for you to grow
Cons: Not having a basic salary and solely depending on the number of sales
