Great environment and management, but treatment may vary depending on who your manager is.

It is a great place but respect in between the worker isn't prioritized, every body does what they want including poaching other workers, and even in that case the actions taken towards that problem will depend on who your manager is

Cons: Commission based salary only.

Excellent learning industry

Working at Avbob is very interesting because you get to learn new strategies of dealing with different clients and different problems. The relationship with the co-workers is great and impressive and I enjoy working with clients everyday because it teaches me different approaches of solving different problems every time. The most challenging part of working with clients is that you always have to adjust to the level of the client in order to make it easy for you to deal with their queries and provide a satisfying service without damaging the image of the company or hurting the client's feelings and emotions.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and promotion
Cons: Normal working hours and free meals sometimes

Good learning enviroment

fun, exciting yet challenging enviroment, team work, stressing when the weekly target not met, good communication with both fellow co-workers and management. i have learned to face challenges and find a solution, always be on time. I enjoy communicating with customers even though i have faced challenges but i have learned techniques to turn prospect into a customer.

Pros: great opportunity in sales
Cons: commission only
