Excellent learning curves

I enjoy every single day in this company,people and the environment are excellent. It helps me commucate ,handle challenges,and smile every day. I sometimes do long hours of work away and arrive late at home.High monthly targets need to be met and always carry your work home with you.

Pros: There are promotions If you're committed and want to see myself as a manager in three years
Cons: You have to go extra mile,there is nothing like it's "enough"for the day because my salary depends on my performance. I

Great environment and management, but treatment may vary depending on who your manager is.

It is a great place but respect in between the worker isn't prioritized, every body does what they want including poaching other workers, and even in that case the actions taken towards that problem will depend on who your manager is

Pros: Great for working indipendently
Cons: Commission based salary only.

Excellent learning curve

I am a young energetic South African who is currently job hunting and have a lot of experience in the warehouse and sales environment, I am willing to learn new things as I am a fast learner and I work well with the team, when work well under pressure as well even there is no supervision I am one of those workers you can relay on

Cons: this is the greatest company to work for I start at 8 and finish at 16:30

Good learning curve

Working as part of a team and supporting the office manager. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks and administrative duties of the office including covering the reception area.

Excellent communications and negotiation skills .

Prospecting Setting up appointment with potential prospects Selling insurance Closing deals Making follow ups to existing clients Team player I have learned to prospect , making appointment and selling as I have never had an experience of salws before . Assist clients with their financial needs . I have enjoyed working with people , negotiate and to persuade clients . Most challenging aspects is when you get rejects but it is not a train smash because rejection or objections are part of business but one does not have to give up .

Good experience

working as a represantative is very good ,you meet new people every day you change people's life. I enjoy working as a representative .my challenge is lapses ,working as comission earner is very hard at insurance whe the clients lapse you end up going home with nothing because you don't have basic salary even if you reach your target you get commission only and if you have lapses you get nothing. that woas my challenge at avbob

MY TYPICAL WORK DAY WOULD BE TO BE TO APPROACH CLIENTS AND OFFER THEM ADVICE ON POLICIES , I HAVE LEARNED A LOT BECAUSE I WORKED WITH CUSTOMERS ON A DAILY BASIS AND WE HAD A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP. THE CHALANGES ABOUT MY JOB WAS TO ACCOMODATE EVERY INDIVIDUALS EVEN DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS , BUT IT HELPED ME GROW

Great learning experience

I am a hard worker. I am always willing to learn and evolve. I have goo interpersonal and great communication skills. Over my years of working I have gained good customer service skills. I am a problem solver and self driven.
