Good company to work for,
I've started working for AutoZone in 2008 its good company to work for,I've learned alot from AutoZone i started as merchandise then in 2010 was promoted as a dispatch and receiving Clark.my aim was to be a good sales man,for me to get the position i had to prove myself that i can do it,than in 2014 was promoted to salesman and i attended trainings and i was a 2ic helping my manager,its a growing company is one of the company to work for
Pros: You grow a lot in the company and learn a lot,is just that they don't do salary review,
Cons: 7;30 to 17; and on sat 8;00 to 15;00 then Sunday 8;00 to 13;00

Excellent learning curve
Im working as office administration at my work, I do filling daily banking receipting C.O.D and work at sales counter during the weekend .I have a very good relationship with my colleagues and we always work as a team to make sure that we reach our target all the time.i have learned working together as a team always brings Good result and it motivate everyone to do their duties with passion. I learned that every thing u do u need to put more effort so u reach your target goal. I learned new things in a way that I ended up being multitasking .I learned to work under pressure without supervision and also how to solve problems .I always enjoy learning new thing and growing up in a company .challenging aspects in my job is that I always need to make sure that the accounts customers pay before due.

Overworked and underpaid
Having to do more than one persons work which causes me to fall behind with my work - the work which I was initially hired to do. I get on well with my co-workers and have no problems in that area. I have learnt a bit more with knowing the different car parts and a lot of the related products. I no longer enjoy my work at Autozone as I feel that my loyalty and willingness to go the extra mile is seriously being taken advantage of.
Pros: Good working relationship with colleagues at branch level
Cons: Doesn't help to state grievances because empty promises are made and nothing gets done about it.

Working for auto zone was a very pleasant experience,I have gained alot of skills and experience at the company and everyday was a different and challenging at the same time

Interested in learning
A typical day was 1 of those days where you find that you are done with your work early but I always go around asking from my seniors if they don't have work for me to do. We had the best of understanding at work we respected each other w~ helped each other should one not understand what is to be done. I have learned how to communicate with with different types of people I have also learnt myself languages. What I enjoyed was to communicate with different types of people races and to sell them our products. We can be how many salesman but I will be in the top 5 for sure

The first stepping stone
Everyday was different I learnt alot working for autozone environment was very pleasant, Fun work location one big happy household lengthy hours at month ends and stock take get over time more education in your job position.

Excellent learning curves
I'm a hard working young woman. It am a fast learner who I dedicated on doing her job at all the time. In willing to go the extra mile on my duty just to make sure that I keep good results. Working every weekend and public holidays is not easy,no freentime with your loved ones
Working hoursat autozone is quiet hectic and you very often get a weekend off.Management at the company is extremely good .I had a very good relationship with my fellow workers.zi got the opportunity to do various courses which made work a bit easier and have learned alot about the motor industry.

Cons: Long working hours,weekends and public holidays we had to work.

It's a great trading college
The company has great staff and the environment is great. On a typical work day we usually teach and train clients on stock markets . We don't necessarily trade but we are given an opportunity to trade for our personal accounts.
Pros: Exposure to financial markets for trading
