I believe I havei am grown personally as well cause I am almost everywhere on site, getting involved in other departments not only focusing on my work scope. The challenges are the personel that needs regular checks cause most of them are complacent most of the time. battery manufacturing. Career development

Calling on existing clients and provide ongoing service and solicit sales.Processing of customer claims , educate them on products lines and marketing activities. Daily average of 9 customer visits.Relationships with clients is very good as they always look forward to seeing me due to resolve their customer issues and complaints. What I enjoy is the relationship I have fostered with these clients due to their trust level and the lessons they learn on a daily basis. Most challenging aspects is dedicating enough time for each clients I.e the more time i spent with each client - it takes away time for the next client.So I end up being in a situations where I rushed for time.

Pros: Knowledge and skill on a daily basis
Cons: Too much driving and exhaustion
