Every day has it's challenges. Working with specific needs of clients requires diligence and the ability assist and work with clients so that they can walk away knowing that they're getting exactly what they asked for. Information is key and we receive a lot of emails for quote requests, product information, stock availability, lead times, etc. It's important to answer all emails as quickly as possible. There a daily deliveries and planning is also important. This goes hand in hand with stock requests from the factory. Getting stock available at the branch so that lead times aren't exceeded. This adds to customer satisfaction. Admin is part of everything that comes in and goes out. Admin should be up to date and readily available when info is either needed on a client, their current orders, orders history or even statements. It's a daily cycle. It's important to be fast and sufficient...With care to customer service.

Good company, learned a lot

Good company and excellent place to learn. Been there 10 years and it was time for a change. the working hours were great and the salary was good but they don't have medical aid.

Excellent people

learn alot everyday, facing and solving difficult challenges, work in very high stressfull circumstances. deal with diverse cultures and personalities. have a good relationship with colleagues and suppliers
