Im a hard worker

To work with old people you learn alot theres so much group work and you learn alot from them they are caring and they teach with so much love. When you working you sing its such a pleasant atmosphere to learn and grow the people always encourage us to apply so we may go to the places in which we studied for they not even jealous.

Questionable company culture

Great company benefits but overshadowed by bad management and company culture. Group demands impossible. Not learning much as there is a knowledge transfer issue as co workers don't want to share information. Everything is very adhoc and no real structure of what to do on a daily basis.

It is a very good company to work for

Come to work at 7h20 and start doing work for the day,actual starting time 8h45.Go to a morning production meeting to be briefed if there is any changes for the day.I get along with co-workers very well and we respect each other.I enjoy the poeple i work with the most its like family.Most challenging will be when there is production changes at the last minute,but nothing gets me under if it happens.

Pros: Job security
Cons: The salary is not to good

Good learning curve

Great place too work at if you want too keep up to date with technology you can meet life time friends and very helpfully college that is very knowledgeable in what they are doing

Good salary

The working conditions not great, a challenge but was overcame. Started at the bottom... Garden maintenance to stock handler to operator. Colleagues really hard to work with, department environment cold

Learn and grow

Good stuff i have learned alot i did not grow and i have learn that let the customer's be first and accuracy and to Handel stock with care and to be on time stock must early than later u must wear u ppe and it must be clean I have learned that housekeeping is important

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Very nice hours
