Working within a demanding environment.

I work long hours, I'm a center of communication during the production process. I'm a last man standing after pushing the production, I do house keeping every shift ending.

Pros: Great chance for promotion
Cons: Working 6am to 6pm

Harsh working environment

There are zero development opportunities. There are zero training courses. Working environment is poor. Morale is poor. There are zero incentives. Rules apply only to some individuals. This is not a company that anyone would want to work for.

Pros: You have a job.

Excellent learning curve

typical work day starts off with plant meetings, to catch up on the previous days production and plant availability. we have an open door policy, which means any employee can learn from the other. in my career so far, iv'e learned management skills and how manage projects effectively and less extravagant. its a bit challenging in that one has to multitask, by performing three man task alone

It's just a normal working place

Normal working ours short off days, less promotion, biased leaders. Salary expectations not very satisfying Everyone is focusing on his or her own benefit in the company with less focus on employees at times

Skillful opportunity

.Working as an alloy supplier. .Operating 5Ton Forklift .Operation different cranes (Radio,Cabin,Pedant and Electrical chain hoist). Cabin cranes SWL 250T Radio Cranes SWL 250,50 and 17tons .Assiting at Ladle Furnances Brother's keeper mentality. Shift worker. Working with amazing seniors. Operating 250Ton of hot metal cabin crane is one of the most challenging aspect.No mistake or glitch is wanted.

Pros: Obtaing skill amd training that most companies won't offer.
Cons: No appointments
