Bad and ridiculous company

I never enjoyed working there. Unprofessional management nag ridiculous payment compared to the working hours. There is little growth and not a very good working environment

Gives a great platform for learning the contact centre environment.

Working as a debt collector a typical day at work would be to check defaults accounts (which are accounts that were supposed to pay but did not) and do a follow up. After that I would go through the rest of my accounts trying to get them to pay their accounts.

Pros: Chances of promotion are very slim
Cons: The hour's are okay, not so long.

Great for beginners in life

Every day is different. Co-workers have the highest regard of respect for me and vice versa. I have learnt how to handle all kinds of people from al walks of life. Each client has its own challenges so you learn something new almost everyday.

Pros: No 2 days are the same.
Cons: There seem to be no growth for me

Excellent leaning curve

Company was a nice place to work in the environment was in couraging. Leaned a lot and the teams we're doing great to reach target even as individuals.

Excellent customer service

I defined myself challenging, dedicated, positive, realistic, energetic and fully dedicated basic eithics believer . I am love team building and a role of a leader but a mind that thinks as a follower aswell . Therefore for I find myself suitable for this job .

Good communication skill. Good listening skill. Good advisor.Target driven

All day we do collections making sure that people so pay their accounts in time. My relationship with my colleagues is good because am a talkative person. I have learnt alot of things at ARA,like how to approach a customer telephonically,how to handle the debtor and also to reach targets.. What I enjoyed most was doing collections. The challenges I have experienced was not reaching targets as I used to ,but that did not stop me from doing what I loved.
