I started as a security personnel, earth moving operator and then later as a train driver.
Working for this company is nice because they will develop you if you are a dedicated person on your daily duties.sometimes to work with different people it makes you clever and know how to handle challenges within the shift.I enjoyed to be placed on safety trainee program which i will complete it next year.When doing your daily job need sober mind at all times because you work with different assistants every day, their behavior differs and you as senior person you had to deal with it daily.
Pros: I had more promotions and i see more coming because i still study for safety officer.

Good
I have learned a lot from this company, it's a breath taking job, whre I was wor king standby and overtimes. My every day duties including maintaining pumps, gearlobes, Au to cloves and agitators

Exllent learning
My name is Itumeleng Diale am currently employed at Anglo American and have been since May 2019. I am currently working in the IT department for Bytes and have come from the background of Applications Support and Technical Support Specialist I am a self-motivated and hardworking individual who is always looking for a challenge, always keen to learn and participate in all areas. My dedication and enthusiasm for my career indicates that I am passionate about my field and willing to achieve excellence. I am a highly skilled individual who has been trained in almost every facet of applications support as well as Technical Support Specialist. Due to my extensive development of skills, I have gained insight on almost all departments within the AON IT and bhpbilliton division and thus am able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. I also helped coached my peers that are still developing their skills in certain areas.

Safety, management and team work
ten years in water field, water and wastewater plants, water quality monitoring, water laboratory technician, environmental monitoring, and with relevant qualifications including technical skill through my national diploma water care and management experience through program me operations management. Relationship good and I used to counsel staff, share their challenges with me. Learnt to work with people you need tolerance all the time. Enjoyed the relationship with my staff. and challenges negative people.

Work experience, challenges and being a team player
Very interesting and challenging. Highly production driven daily and performance is well managed at higher levels. Good co-worker relationship highly important because you cannot achieve anything alone. Each department needs the other and each team member plays a role at the end of the day People management is very interesting but also challenging to keep the team in order and maintain fair treatment to individuals

a a well structured company allowing growth for employees. There exist an pen ends leadership structure which allows for easy communication of ideas and views
