I had good relationship with workers,great teamwork where everyone is contributing and taking other people's ideas into confederation. Safety comes first,that is the culture of our minds in our company.There are times where by there's lot pressure to do the job of which I managed to complete but through determination and team work.We fabricate pipes,installing pipes,services hopper,fabricate booms for production purposes and constructions of structural steel and welding processes.
Pros: I want new challenges and experience
Cons: Overtime and standby I can work

Sifiso Nzuza Review
I will attend a safety meeting. I will attend the trends meeting with the Metallurgist, I will come out with some challenges they are having. I will start with solving those jobs and if it needs field work I will allocate it to the Instrument Mechanicians of the relevant plant. The relationship with my fellow co-workers is excellent, respect and care is our culture. I've learned a lot from each member and I believe I am ready to lead my own team now. I understand that people are individuals and their needs wont be the same. I will capitalise on where a person is good at while trying to assist him/her on where he/she lacks. I'm in an Automation position which makes work enjoyable, because I deal with projects. I enjoy my position but it also comes with hardships, especially when I struggle to understand something on my work. I have to call people from outside to assist. But I've requested that the Senior Instrument Tech must be trained on Control Systems and the Specialist to also speed up his training.

Safety come first, engage with all stakeholders, work management
Interactions with cost centers owners understanding what they are purchasing and requesting for details on purchases. I have a very close relationship with all levels within my company, where i either request information from them, sending/ clarifying reports to them. I learned working and managing difficult people and find different ways of dealing with people. i changed my reports to be more efficient and time saving. I enjoy working with people and meeting deadlines me. Working at home during Covid period was very changeling where i learned to use technology to the fullest to ensure i deliver all duties and responsibilities. My work involves working with numbers to ensure that I am mentally , emotionally and physically fit I practice meditation. i have experience in being a safety representation where i learned to keep myself and colleagues safety at all times safe and able to use the same learning at home

Excellent
Working for the period of five years as a millwright. Working as a day shift millwright and move to shifts. Qualified 2003 as a fitter and 2008 as an electrician. Studying towards GCC (mechanical only plant) with one subject left. Plant maintenance, breakdowns planning shutdown is my daily duties

Natural skills
One of the skills I have is planning. I can easily and with great confidence take ownership and leadership of a project, from cradle to grave. As part of being Middle Management I can guide, coach and lead my Asset management team with ease During my 14 year's of mining industry related experience i have gained a lot of on-the-hands-on training and experiencing
Pros: Opportunity to expand knowledge and implement these attributes to assist with company growth

Offer more learning opportunities
Working at Anglo American platinum is the best, but it lacks development for their entry level employees. The line management are not treating employees fair they have favourite and moet rhey give promotion to their family members without relevant qualifications
