Skills Development

I am passionate about the work that I do, I deal well with day-to-day pressure, I always do extra for my role, I also work after hours in preparing for next business day. I am diverse, I jell so well with my team and co-workers from other department. In the role I have learnt Leadership skills and some coaching tools. I really enjoy witnessing the growth of my programme and being part of it. I must say the growth and expectations and time management are the real course of challenge, one thing though I have to admit at is that I am developing in managing personal and business time. Thank you

Pros: Personal Growth and Development
Cons: Working afetr hours and weekends

Great Atmosphere

The company had great advantages of meeting new people and being able to make relationships with people from different backgrounds. It also helps to make relationships with township children. They have great opportunities for young unemployed youth with their programs.

Pros: Great staff and friendly
Cons: Not much opportunity for promotion

Exciting learning opportunity

My current job is an exciting yet challenging experience as I work with different people from different backgrounds from both in and around South Africa as well as other European countries.I plan and organize events which is an added experience to the Admin skills that I have.My report writting skills are second to none as I submit weekly as well as monthly reports.Presentation skills are also used as I have to meet with partners and so presentations. We get an opportunity to also work with learners from the townships of Cape Town and get to experience how it is to be participants in the foundation. We work in a team of 15 coordinators and we work very well together supporting each other as we each run and manage different programmes.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Lot of information and data to handle
