Have gained a lot of experience in phlebotomy
Working for ampath has given me a lot of work experience in a team building environment, and being independent at the same time, giving all professionalism amongst staff and clients, teaching the importance of making the clients day everyday, through dedication and compitancy and emphasizing on integrity as a company and affecting individual growth

Excellent Career ladder
Every work day is different. My co workers and I have a great relationship because we have a team. Sometimes it can be challenging but given my experience,I've learnt to read situations and I can fully analyze the way it needs to be solved. I'm also very good at planning and working

Love working with patients
*very busy Switchboard attending to patients and the telephones * Love working with my co-workers as a team get along very well * Learn"t to be calm and passionate * Assisting the patients to the best of my ability, *When patients needs immediate attention and those that cannot cope with themselves

Humble, Family orientated man who is friendly and does not mind helping others in times of need .
A typical day for me in the office starts @ 09h00, I walk in the office and great my colleagues, and then get to work by checking where will I be stationed for the day. And what needs to be done in the before I have a seat, in front of the desktop, a colleague and I went for a training course not too long ago so we mostly conversions on the course and how it has assisted us in our daily routines of work.

Learning environment
Its a very good environment for learning. Got trained in all different analyzers -how to operate and troubleshoot. I like the buzzy and challenging part. Learnt the importance of keep making your client smile and consistant with excellent services. I can not stress more on the importance of team work and communication among your co-workers .Keeping yourself updated on your work and being proactive

Company have learning opportunities
-Doing different test more than 60 patient a day. -I have good relationship with my co workers. -Team work with your co workers it makes work to be enjoyable. -Perfoming different test that Doctors use for their diagnostic procedures. -Assissting a client who is going through difficult situation.

Cons: long hours start to work from 7 to 5 with 30 minutes lunch break
