I have experience with theatre' surgical'Medical'ICU giving medication .Diabetic wards and PI patient'Oncology wards'.Total nursing care wound care'Dealing with difiiult and good customer.Taking cash and banking companies money ..Shipping and receiving of the specimen .MS word 'outlook 'typing'Meditech opening.Printing blood results for the doctors .I'm friendly prefer to work as. A team have a good relationship with everybody.I have leant a lot in this company all that I have mentioned fall under ampath umbrella.I enjoy to work with different patient.The most challenging thing in my job is when I see a very difficult patent that complained about the accounts payment and medical aid

Great experience
Analyzing stat samples and doing internal and external QC everyday. In contact with Referring Doctors and nurses on daily basis. Communication with internal clients and external. Troubleshooting instrument breakdown. Deputy manager in absence of manager.

Its a good company to work for but salary not improved
With the experience i have and all few achievements my salary should be reviewed and atleast be escalated to same as new Register nurses scale. All new nurses. Phlebotomist, administration and runners as well we teach them. But at the end of the day you get a little sallary compare to them. Just because you have been working for the company for a long time. So they don't review our salaries. And at the end of the day you not a happy employee you cant afford to buy a shelter for your kids, a car is a luxury. We always go an extra mile to keep our internal and external clients happy. But you not a happy employee.

Love working with patients
*very busy Switchboard attending to patients and the telephones * Love working with my co-workers as a team get along very well * Learn"t to be calm and passionate * Assisting the patients to the best of my ability, *When patients needs immediate attention and those that cannot cope with themselves

Excellent Career ladder
Every work day is different. My co workers and I have a great relationship because we have a team. Sometimes it can be challenging but given my experience,I've learnt to read situations and I can fully analyze the way it needs to be solved. I'm also very good at planning and working

Learning environment
Its a very good environment for learning. Got trained in all different analyzers -how to operate and troubleshoot. I like the buzzy and challenging part. Learnt the importance of keep making your client smile and consistant with excellent services. I can not stress more on the importance of team work and communication among your co-workers .Keeping yourself updated on your work and being proactive

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day would be working an 8 hour shift where i start with maintenance on instruments, day to day running and resulting of patient samples,ordering and receiving of stock. I am a very friendly loud and forever laghing lady that get along with everyone, i have been complimented by my manager for bringing light into the lab. I have learned a lot including that in a workplace you have to appreciate every person and their different charectors.i love it when things finally workout for the best, i am always happy to see me knock off knowing i have done all my work and im ready for the next day's challenge. The most challenging aspect is working on a patient sample of a baby an seeing how sick the little baby is and knowing the baby might not make it. That hurts.

Good customer service
Hghggg I am an organised person who has come from an administrative background with varied job role which has also included chasing late payments, sending invoices, ensuring invoices are paid on time and keeping accurate records and files of invoices and remittance advices etc. I enjoy the accounts side of the role and have always had a head for figures. I work well under pressure and thrive on new challenges. I am a confident communicator and am happy calling companies and individual to chase up unpaid invoice and agree on payment dates. I have excellent advanced proven Microsoft office skills including excel. I have the ability to maximize profits while at the same time decreasing costs and expenses. I am a team player, highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Great place for learning
I have learnt and gained experience in phlebotomy. I grew personally and professionally as an individual. I have potential for growth as I am a very assertive and strong person. I see myself in management.
