Good place to learn and understand clients
Working at American Swiss was very nice but challenging at time. We all have strengths and weaknesses at the work place,i had a good relationship with my co-workers as they are good people who work good with clients. What I enjoyed the most was to see my client leave the store happy and satisfied. I have learned how 2 work with different clients and different personalities.
Pros: great opportunity to getting a top position

Fast leaner and well spoken
Good communicator, interpersonal skills, fast learner, good seller, experience in customer service, able to solve customer complain, handle cash by cashing up, stock count, do administration such as filing capturing every data of the store and ensure every employees practice team work. I won't mind Woking on probation to prove my performance.

Learning curve
My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the customer service desk for Discount-Mart, where my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors and providing back-up cashiering during busy periods.

Excellent learning curve
My typical day at work is always filled with new . I have learnt to be patient,when dealing with different types of individuals, I have lhearnt to think and act on my feet. Good learning curve
It has been a great exprience working at American Swiss Jewellery, had an opportunity to know different types of jewelry, diamond etc. My co-workersare great and each hv their own personal attributes. Customers are great and most they know what they looking for its best to know your product knowledge.

Learning to deal with a variety of diverse people and being absolutely patients and humble.
Retail industry is very tough because we work on weekends as well, the hours are long but it is all worth it when we reach our target. We come across different types of people and learn a lot on one day.i have also learned a lot about types of jewellery as I am working at American Swiss.

It is very nice enviroment we meeting new people everyday and we learn,grow each and everday.
Iit is a very nice company to for the benefit are good and they give us time to to grow the only problem is that they dont want us to take our leaves you have have to fight in order for you to take your leave

Its alot of work but exciting
its alot of work. i deal with customers . a typical work day would be coming to work putting out float. checking our stock. making sure all my daily tasks are up to date. achieve my daily target. i have learnt hhow to deal with customer complaints. how work on the point of sal the thing i enjoythe most is making big sales and talking with customers. the most changelling aspect of the job is trying to convice the customer to buy that 10 000 ring .

Excellent learning curve
Great management Great team we were like a family Really enjoyed it the new accounts target and sales pressure. Customers who became friends. Cons Working on weekend and public holidays but you take turns.
