Good place to learn and understand clients
Working at American Swiss was very nice but challenging at time. We all have strengths and weaknesses at the work place,i had a good relationship with my co-workers as they are good people who work good with clients. What I enjoyed the most was to see my client leave the store happy and satisfied. I have learned how 2 work with different clients and different personalities.
Pros: great opportunity to getting a top position

Fast leaner and well spoken
Good communicator, interpersonal skills, fast learner, good seller, experience in customer service, able to solve customer complain, handle cash by cashing up, stock count, do administration such as filing capturing every data of the store and ensure every employees practice team work. I won't mind Woking on probation to prove my performance.

Learning curve
My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the customer service desk for Discount-Mart, where my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors and providing back-up cashiering during busy periods.

Excellent learning experience
My relationship with my co-worker/s is awesome. I am dealing with a lot of different customers. I have also learned that the customer is always 'right'.

Excellent learning curve
My typical day at work is always filled with new . I have learnt to be patient,when dealing with different types of individuals, I have lhearnt to think and act on my feet. Excellent learning curve. Friendly
Excellent learning curve, we meet alot of customers n we get to share our customers joys and special occasions with them. Excellent customer services. I love working with people, I am very friendly n i have a great relationship with my staff.

Excellent environment to learn to be ethical
It's a company that assist one to be strong and ethical. As we learn to deal with customers quiries and assist with product service.we also do merchandise almost every day, we do paper work month end. It's a nice company to work for, As a sales specialist you assist the customer from the start when they enter to the store go through the purchase process by helping them to choose or decide n what they want. After the process make payment and package the items. We also receive and acknowledge stock and display it.The most challenging thing is when me and my colleagues are not working as a team because our job need team work as we deal with many customers everyday.
