Decent hours and a great management

Fast paced and new challenges daily. Freedom to express myself mechanically and a fair scope of high tech machines to allow this freedom. Diverse workforce that is willing to be led by a respectful manager has brought some good results. Decent remuneration and ample room to enjoy a healthy work and family life. I feel that I need to broaden my horizon and hopefully I am allowed to contribute to my new company. As can be seen on my CV I am always in it for the Long Haul. I am well respected because I GIVE A LOT OF RESPECT.

It has diversified my ability to cope with any industrial challenges

-we are working an 8 hours day shift, with an hour lunch and we divide it in to two tea time and 30 minutes lunch. -we have great relationships across the board, and still respect of our duties. -they gave me opportunity to study and currently busy with Tv and radio repair. They want me to help our repairs system -I enjoy our culture of employment -we always revise our planning due demands arising on a day.

Excellent learning curve

Altech is a good company to for since it gives us some training to gain more knowledge and experience in different arrears within the organisation. I am a team player and i get along with everyone from management to my co-workers. I have learnt so many things from the time i started working for Altech and just to name the few, taking responsibility of the problem, problem solving and doing a proper planning. i enjoy working with different product and challenging stuff. The most challenging stuff is to multitask while you still have a the deadline to meet.

I am performance driven and display excellent initiative in work and career advancement.

I am a female of excellent caliber, who is always willing to succeed in every endeavour undertaken. Some of my strengths are my dedication, my ability to work independently, organized, neat and methodical, loyalty and willingness to work hard. I have a pleasant disposition; with good interpersonal skills and I adapt well to new environments and ideas easily. I am responsible and a quick learner. I am a people’s person, with team player ability, and have always worked well in positions that require a lot of interaction with people. I am able to work under pressure, and can action and implement rules, regulations and orders.

Pros: We offered to study further.

Excellent learning curve

Its very nice and challenging at the same time due to work load and meeting deadlines. We do fault finding and Repairs from pcb level to final integrations level. we communicate very well with my colleagues especial when sharing ideas and problem solving. I have learned to punctual , work beyond expectation and to be able to take decisions correctly to perfect my job. I enjoy to be the first one who find a solution of that particular problem. it is very challenging when the production line has been stopped and we need to come up with a solution to make sure that we minimize downtime.
