A day's life at work

I've been working shifts, 12:00 to 21:00, having a child, I requested a change of shift which is being ignored. The supervisors decide when you can take leave. Tho being illegible for 15 days per year, you are only allowed 5 days at a time, 2 out of the 3 occasions my leave is when my child has to be in creche. No medical aid benefits, yet when it happens that someone is off sick for a day, confirmation of a clinic visit is not accepted. You must pay up average R360 to get a Dr's note. Good colleague relationships yet scandalizing can not be ruled out

Pros: Purchase medication on account.
Cons: Supervisor - subordinate relationship non existent. Walking home at night in the dark. Salary
