Growing company, innovative, specialized Insurance

Currently manage 25 individuals, both callcentre and policy admin related. Responsible for Customer satisfaction and Retention. Quickly built valuable relationships with my peers and seniors. Daily reviews of previous days statistic, performance reviews. Connecting daily to present actions and possible solutions. I thoroughly enjoy positively influencing my staff, creative thinking. Problem solving. And celebrating team successes As a new company we still struggle with System upgrade and process changes.

Cons: Not much room for grow. Small headcounts.

Alllife my experience

my day would be to assess calls of the agents make to client's on a daily basis, attend meeting, calibration, coaching and also training. my relationship with my co workers is good as we work as a team. I have learnt alot about the insurance industry and TCF. I enjoy interacting co workers and enjoy listening to client's.

This has being a great learning opportunity for me.

AllLife was a great company to work for which provided excellent growth and work experience. I had developed well and learnt alot on the Payroll HR side.

My experience at AllLife

I have started at AllLife in February 2013 as a sales consultant, The staff is really friendly and helped me settle in very quickly. After 2 months I became a data capturer. This was very easy for me as I am quite good with computers as I am a very fast typer, After 4 months I got promoted to a Client Interaction Analyst. The culture and vibe is really awesome here and I bet no other call centre has the energy AllLife has, I have learned allot here about HIV and Diabetes since we specialize in those 2 categories only. Our manager is really fun and awesome and she is somebody you can take as a real friend,

Cons: Not allot of oportunity for growth

Opportunities

i do retentions and customer care duties doing both incoming and outbound calls ,also upselling policies and reduce if clients wants to cancel the policies. now and then i take up a role of being the second in charge and debit client manually

Pros: Being promoted to being a team leader
Cons: the manager needs to like you ,your excelling in task given doesnt count

Working culture

I am currently working for All life i love working at All life, i like the company's culture i get along with my co-workers manager to executive is the same we like one family .the most difficult times for me at work is when the were retrenching loosing other people ,i mean friends it was hard but other than that we get to meet new people

Pros: these no great opportunities i have been in this company for over two years still in the same position and same salary
Cons: normal working hours
