Excellent learning experience

My experience not his company was great I had a great team that we understood each other and worked hard for this company. But I always felt that Alisom management does not see our efforts and do not consider their employees as priority so that's one of the reason why I need change and growth and explore other talents and interests.

Pros: Growth is very slow
Cons: Long weekend hours without payment

Learning curve

I don't like how they pay me. I don't understand how does my salary decrease every time I go to work. Knowing very well that I stay far. So suggest that I get moved to the nearest branch. I was told I was gonna move a month ago.

Pros: A lot of growth
Cons: Working on weekends

Excelent learning

Awesome company to work for,meet new people and grow your career ,Somedays are better than others promblem is just lack of Communication among co-workers.Its everyone for them selfs.Great perfomance bonuses if you do reach your overall targets which mean the harder you push the more money you will make.

Pros: Work hard and make more money
Cons: Long working hours and depends on who do you know or els no promotion
