Great exposure to Skills Development and excellent workforce to work with
Great company to work at, excellent company culture Great relationship building opportunities. However, there are no opportunities for development and promotions in the Human Resources department.

Steep learning curve
Steep learning curve in the first year. Great Exposure to a lot of different tasks. A lot of support in terms of personal development. Great working environment with great mentorship opportunities within the team. (I can’t speak for the company as a whole on this point). There is inclusivity within the team and overall stellar teamwork. Not enough opportunities for promotion and progress

Expose to new experiences
My colleagues make it easy to be in the office for 8 hours. I love the culture in my work space. Working with different kind of people is a learning curve. You get to lean that diversity is not such a bad thing. You just need to understand and learn more about different cultures and try to understand the other person.
