Stressful work environment
The work is a lot. Its very difficult to complete tasks as requests come in a lot and everything is regarded as urgent. Some co-workers are nice and good to be around . I have learnt a lot in my role and I have been challenged a lot more than I have in any role I've done. I've enjoyed the brand management part of the job as well as doing research and getting in touch with the consumer. The most challenging aspect was everything always being urgent so being under pressure all the time. The work is a lot. Its very difficult to complete tasks as requests come in a lot and everything is regarded as urgent. Some co-workers are nice and good to be around and some just exude negative energy. I have learnt a lot in my role and I have been challenged a lot more than I have in any role I've done. I've enjoyed doing research and getting in touch with the consumer. The most challenging aspect was not having enough work/life balance and everything always being urgent so being under pressure all the time.

Bad working conditions
I work nicely with my co workers I’m more of a team player. Working at my company isn’t nice because everyday is a challenge of trying to survive. Management makes things empires every day and the is no girth

Working at Aldor Africa is challenging but you get to get used to it.
Working at Aldor Africa is challenging but you get to get used to it. With long hours and fast pace since it is an FMCG it require you to be broad and to have a large range of skill set to keep up with the pace of the company which helps me to learn as a graduate. I have a good relationship with almost everyone from my colleagues to work floor staff.
Pros: There is variety of room for self improvement and learning new stuff. Challenges makes a person grow and it is What is needed for a graduate
Cons: Lack support, Have to learn everything by myself without any assistance, from processes to ways of improvements.

Perfect place to learn
Respect and communication are the most important aspect when working at such a multicultural company. Dispute the age we got to treat each with respect and create a friendly environment amongst employees.team work is also important as it helps with productivity.

Now a small company Limited broader category exposure No promotional opportunity Small Family owned business. No chance of equity/shares Investment limitations. Results in slow expansion rate to enhance broader category participation

Strong communication and network
I am 3 years old working for Aldor Africa as a receptionist and I see/feel there is no growth within the company, lack of communication with employees
Pros: Working at a large company can be a source of pride. People immediately recognize the name, and some feel that it provides an advantage when applying for other jobs down the line.
Cons: Obtaining a perk that isn’t systematically offered may prove difficult. Large companies tend to go by what is in place, not what an individual requests. You may have more freedom to customize perks

Exerllent learning expirience
This company gave me the skill to work under multitasking and completing the task and tought me to strategies and than negatively to positivity and strive for fictory. My relationship was great cause brought communication for team working and quality productivity. I enjoy my experience at lab all those scientific methods.

Team worker
I have a good relationship with my co-workers as I assist everywhere if I can, and by so doing it has made me to improve my listening, speaking and communication skills and made me enjoy of face daily challenges

Cons: Working without looking at the time is my weakness as i end up working overtime
