It's a challenginging working experience where one must have action plans daily

Working as a team,know your daily plans and what will be your action,what the customer expect from you,lead by example,learn to resolve customers issues on daily basis.Whats challenging is poor lack of communication to the team,information comes late,no sense of urgency,lack of people Management.

Excellent

It was good cz they teached so many things i never knew about administration jobs even though there was a little experience in me they made me who i am now.there was a very good relationship between me and them and what the most enjoyable moments i had with them was that they were like my brothers and sisters to me and every body else.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Working under pressure and helping one a other for reaching the target.Accuracy on all recieving and issuing of stock.working hard on daily balancing tackeling the obstecles and working for one goal on time

Learned alot of the years.been working for 20 years in manufacturing. Love any challance.

Love what i do. Learnt alot about logistics at my new job. Reconcile paper work and double check work.day starts at 6 am and can end at anytime.each day you are face with different challanges which you must solve to minumise losess.love working with people with different cultures.to make sure that production is on time each time for deliverys.

Pros: Great oppertunities.
