Company does not recognise system introduced by local companies rather assess the se system and refer the system to head office to localy produce the same in France

Pros: It's globally recognised company and share not necessarily impacted by anything which happens in SA.This gives a.good maturity to our shares due to international reliance
Cons: does not recognise family life balance
