Good learning area

I'm currently working as a cashier at Makro. Hours are flexible but the job has its challenges as I work with money and dealing with different customers. The relationship with my co worker is good and they are honest people. The Most enjoyable about this job is that it makes me realise how focus I am and that I can be trusted.

Pros: there are opportunities as they post internal vacancy.
Cons: 8 hours week days and Saturday, and 6 hours on Sunday.

Production

I make sure that production is up to good standard and daily demands are met. I apply and practice safety measures for my benefit and also of my fellow colleagues.

Daily Planning

Daily,my supervisor and I worked towards the efficiency of sales and production planning. We set the overall level of manufacturing output to best satisfy the current planned levels of sales, while meeting general business objectives of profitability, productivity, competitive customer lead times and inventory.

Pros: great opportunity for growth

Working for Air Products has been an amazing experience as I've learned a lot about what they do and have experienced diversity and how they interact with customers, suppliers and overall stakeholders

Being a part orlf AP has been a great opportunity that has offered me a great wealth of knowledge and skills. It is an open, friendly and diverse invironment and I believe I formed part if a great team
