Great facility
On a daily basis I manage all contractors on site, Include all permanent contractors on site as well as coming to conduct work on site. I also conduct all training, medical induction control for all employees and contractors. I manage and control all safety checks and confirm all legal requirements according to the Act. On a monthly basis I conduct a safety meeting and control all weekly Toolbox talks. As a internal audit i also control all internal and external audit and make sure all finds are closed out. For quality control I manage all documents used in the facility is the current revision and manuals are updated if need be.
Pros: Good indistrie to work in and working with people.
Cons: Time manage is always a priority.

Drafting Letters of demand, offers of settlement and reduced settlement. Liaising with attorneys. Resolution of all legal queries. File Maintenance of all legal Files. Write offs

Good learning experience
I think at the end of the day, it is a question of what is fair. Is it fair to make people work without paying them? Probably not if you can afford to pay them a small salary. Is it fair to take away an opportunity in an industry which is already notoriously difficult to enter? Definitely not if there is nothing to replace it.

Good career development.
One has built good working relationships with colleagues and external customers. The need to communicate, lead, plan and control has played a major role in my current responsibilities and roles in the department. The need to discuss customers requirements as per the demand has made one learn the importance of customer service from a planning perspective and the moment one picks up the phone. The most challenging aspects would be a shortage of product where customers suffer from the initial placement of orders. In this instance product is shared amongst customers evenly for the continuation of business and the 50% satisfactory for all end-users.
Pros: Career growth and development.

Great systems in place
Working at my current companyhas been an informative ride with endless challenges. It has taught me to make sound decisions without time wasted and become responsible for any repercussions thereafter. Working with various people from different backgrounds has been absolutely phenomenal and i have been fortunate to have a taste of different cultural food prepared by colleagues. The most challenging aspects of my job would be the unanticipated logistical challenges.

Quick leaner
My strongest attribute is to explore issues beyond comfort zone and work well individually and in teams. I have been working with the manufacturing teams and developing solutions to better account for the manufacturing processes.
