Awesome growth and development

• Currently a HR Coordinator with focus on business development, service quality and client relationships, training of staff. • 2 and a half year experience in, Employment Equity and BBBEE application and reporting • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving managing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. High attention to detail, maintaining a high quality standard of work and resulted orientated.

Time management

Excellent learning curves

I koketso Alfred Madisha working at Air Chefs, I'm working as a station attended at the sanitation department. My day to day duties are : to receive the equipments from the flight , making sure that equipments are sanitised before the can serve again to the flight inmates. I work shifts hours which is 12 hours a day

Pros: Since I've been there I've never witness any promotion because it's not long been hired by the company
Cons: 12 hours a day

Government Procurement

Short turn around time which unabled proper planning. Segregation of duties lacks. Very stressful environment with seasonal challenges. Great company to learn to work under stressful environment. Lots of growth opportunities.
