Excellent learning curve

I have leant a lot at AIG especially at servicing our clients and brokers, CPS (Consumer Processes Services) which is the department I am in, it is a very big with different categories of which you need to know each and every category they allow flexibility which I find exciting and which allows an individual to grow. But sometimes it can be challenging, there is a lot of pressure.

Great learning experience and launch into commercial underwriting

Good environment for growth with supportive teams, resources and programs to sssist employees to cope and deal with different challenges they face on a day to day basis. Th good corporate culture and dedicated management and staff .

Pros: Room for growth, supportive team and good salary
Cons: No indications of what future plans are for graduates

I am capable and efficient with handling Financial Transactions , Reporting , Analytics and Budgets

Typical work day is to ensure that the daily work required for month end is accurate and complete. Relationship with co-workers a continuous team effort I learnt corporate accounting theoretically and practically and business sense, structure and management I enjoy knowing and learning how the puzzle pieces of the company fit into one whole. Success or failure of one leads to success and failure of another. Most challenging would be to multitask.

Introduction

I worked for AIG for almost 8 years, in the claims department. I was a very dedicated worker and a good colleague to my co-workers, i was unfortunately laid off beginning of 2017 and have had no luck finding employment in this tough economic time, I am a professional person who always gives my best when ever am engaging in something, i have been looking for a job for a long time now and am as ready as ever to begin contributing positively to your company with my expertise in claims.

Excellent work ethic however desperate for a job

I am a stable person who takes my work seriously. Deadlines are met with quality submissions. My team player ethic involves making sure that I understand the business as a whole and the functions of the individual employees.

Pros: Great place to learn corporate business
Cons: No oppertunity due to outsourcing

Learning curve

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed campaign planning, design and execution and working wonderful people alongside working with wonderful people who have taught me a great deal about campaigns. I also enjoyed the culture of the company.
