Excellent company to work at and learn something new daily.

It was established as a government support centre to increase the local automotive industry’s global competitiveness and to promote Gauteng as the automotive industry investment destination of choice. Having met all of these objectives, the AIDC prides itself as a world-class organisation which specialises in Skills Developments and Training, Supplier and Enterprise Development, Incubation Programmes, Management of Incentive Programmes, and offers state-of-the-art manufacturing support facilities. At the AIDC we are given an opportunity to learn about all the department.

Self driven

Currently I am looking to join an exciting and ambitious organisation such as yours; therefore I would like to arrange an interview with you so I can explain in more detail the contribution I can make to your company. I appreciate you taking the time to review my credentials and I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. A typical working day in my current organisation is always busy since we deal with different customers so the is always tight deadlines. My relationship with co-workers is good as we always work in teams. I have learnt to work with people of different ages and personalities and getting exposure in my field of study. I enjoy doing my work giving all my best to it and working with team members. Challenges involve lack of support from management, poor communication and different characters of people. Yours sincerely Zoko Sive sivezoko@gmail.com

Pros: Working under pressure
Cons: Short tempered

Excellent learning curve

I learn lot of things in my company and they gave me a platform to learn and give the great feedback. they are the best company because they give opportunity for us to learn. The working relationship is good and they are caring loving and willing to help where you don't understand. I have learned so much I learn how to race purchase order, how to send request for quotations, how to create checklist, flight bookings, sundry payment, calculation of tenders, how to check suppliers on csd with national treasury, updating data on the system. receiving rfq from the suppliers. the most challenging aspect about the job is that you have to learn and know lot of things and always do your job 100% and not overworked yourself because you will end up mixing things .

Pros: i am an intern
Cons: normal working hours

Excellent learning curve

The AIDC company its a great company to work for. My typical work day its getting to work early and start work. If its payroll week I start with employees hours . My co-workers are the best especially my manager, they showed me love and appreciation. I have learnt that it doesn't matter how old you are, respect is a requirement. I enjoyed my time in the company and the department that I'm in (Payroll). The most challenging aspect is getting everything for all companies done on done, but I love challenges and I did everything according to the schedule.

Pros: Its a great development centre
Cons: no permanent
