I'm a hard worker,and I always manage to reach my target before deadlines

I work with 20drivers that report under me everyday,I plan their routes and I file their trip sheets,I do their overtimes and leave approval.I try very hard to communicate well with my staff to create good working environment,the most challenging thing is when most of the drivers don't manage to come to work and you have to make a plan that the clients receive their orders on time and have to also take the truck to help with the deliveries but just say that as long as the customers are happy at the end of the day and also the customers who fail to place their orders on time and insist they want thei orders to be delivered

Pros: learninghow to work under pressure without asssistant and trying to meet company deadlines at the same time
Cons: working till 12am waiting for tow trucks and making sure the drivers are safe and get home safe
