Excellent learning curve

A typical work day- I give my all each and every day, I respect the time of the company, always up to date with my work. - My relationship with co-workers, team work is what keeps me going. Healthy competition and understanding each other. - What i have learnt, is to be always positive on what you do and put the best ability. - What i enjoy most, is doing my job and being at work on time. - The most challenging aspects of the job,seeing other people not keeping the standard of the work

I am very confident with this job.

My company was a very good place to be at. I couldn't wait to go to work in the morning because of how nice people were at work. They were so nice, friendly, understanding and loving even my boses. We were like a family. Iv learnt lot of things in a call center because i got to meet different kind of people with different backgrounds, so iv learnt how to communicate to people, how to listern to other people. I enjoyed being around people, i enjoyed talking to people over the phone even building friendship with people that i don't know and how to listern to them. The challenges is when u have to work hard to rich your monthly target and also when you have to convince the clients.

Pros: They were promotimg a lot.
Cons: 9hours.

Was a great company. Learnt many new things doing admin

Good morning To whom it may concern I am currently unemployed. I have been doing admin work for the pass 3 years in 2 debt review companies. I have been doing data capuring,working on excel, emails,filing and many more. I have picked up many experiences working in the offices and reception. I am willing to learn much more. I have been earning R5000 minimum. I am really interested in this open position Thank you Regards Faheema Sait

Excellent learning curve

I take inbound calls with customer issues. I have to handle their issues then up-sell them on at&t products.Also find new solutions at&t provide to help the customers small business grow. worked in call center with att&t is was a great job to have. Some days were very difficult depending on your customer. I like to work with the public.Can be high pressure with high turnover. Training in inflexible systems.it was a really cool place to work i loved it the managers was really cool just was upset they had relocated.Great employer with excellent benefits and the willingness to treat its employees as people and not just numbers on paper. Would recommend them to anyone.

Cons: Can be high pressure with high turnover. Training in inflexible systems.
