Hardworking fast learning person with excellent customer scills
A typical work day would be do stock as well as daily orders. Receiving stock . Solve problems with customers , suppliers and managing personnel as well as department. Do planning for promotions. See that daily sales targets is been reached . cold calling for sales as needed.

great environment to work in. i have done successful migrations for companies like Hollard and Afgri. I have enjoyed my time workign with Afgri and enjoy my team as well.

Straightfoward ethical employee
I have professional characteristics and appearence that are synonmous with my behavior. I dont create or get invloved in work gossip as it is unnessecary and inefficient. I meet regularly with team members to discuss our annual plan and for each one to provide input as to how they will achieve this. I build an annual compliance and ethics plan with achievables. i continuosly update this document, however there are many other items that creep up and require attention. I document these as well. My company has given me opportunities to grow and develop skills. Due to current uncertainties in the ownership structure the are employees that are concerned about job movements within the Group.

I learn fast
I assist the workshop manager, screen the switch board and help with adhoc duties. i will come in, in the morning and open job cards for the technicians so that they can go out the a farm/ client to do service or do maintenance on John Deere tractors. Because Afgri is still new in tge Western Cape and they were Agrico before, i help with the info of getting the clients outstanding documents, so that our financial department can begin to open up there new accounts. i like challenges and i see this as one, for not everybody whats you to see there financials, so i must really handle each client on there unique way.

Day at work
The company that i work for has been there for many years ,dealing in agricultaral products (Milling, animal feed,grain management and many other divisions. i have been with them for more than 5 YEARS. its a diverse company with different races and people of all ages.therefore this teaches you how to work with different people learning how to managing conflict and stress daily. the job itself is challenging but i manage to succeed in getting my work done but working with my team, getting the best possible results.taking responsibility of my work and aiming at building the team.

Excellent learning curve
1. we work under pressure, we have to meet deadlines on a monthly basis and we work effectively. 2. we honestly don't have a good relationship in the office but, with customer service, seeing we a service provider.and we make it work. 3. I've learned to work under pressured and to handle queries with customer. 4. i mostly enjoy capturing data and working on excel. as well as distributing payslips. 5. the most challenging aspects of this job is to be accurate on time and meeting deadlines.
