Good working culture

Working at AFGRI is one of a great experience for one to kick start a career, The culture is good and it is a free environment where one can actually feel free while working. AFGRI has created an environment where long lasting relationships are build and co-workers feel like they are family. I have learnt Leadership and to always be goal driven when doing work. I enjoyed the laughter we share on a very busy and challenging day when co-workers assist in completing a given task. The most challenging aspect of the Job is the work load and the pressure that comes with given task because as a student you are just thrown on the deep and expected to perform.

Excellent learning curve

Very productive company where by a person may grow.We work as a team this helps with being a team player. This also helps to be able to deal with conflicts because you deal with different personalities, but what is important is our conflicts must not interfere with the production of work.

Excellent

Its a great company which supply client with good quality feeds.Its based at eloff with atleast 300 employees.In the company employees are exposed to many learning curves e.g safety and other things and are given a chance to grow.Afgri is like a family because we work as a team.Since i came here as a quality controller i have leanred a lot and even get a promotion as a quality supervisor.I also went for a training as a SHE rep which improved my skills.
