I had a great experience with work at the call centre and the good thing about working at the call centre is that we learn everyday to better ourself and I find the whole experience really pleasing.dealing with a customer it’s not that easy everyday we learn life a deferent perspective. Solving query it’s my my skill so I like helping

Its a learning step for my I.T suppory

I am currently a technical support agent for Adsl,Fibre and emails. I have a heart for I.T and as i am currently employed by Aegis I am learning alot but would like to increase the knowledge of I.T out of the call centre in the real world. I currently work a 24/7 shift rotation job with about 70-100 other people a day. We work in a team.

There is variety of Self Development and learning more about the company.

My relationship with co-workers is very good as we always get along and good as a team. i have learnt to deal with different people of totally different backgrounds and attitudes and i enjoy communicating a lot getting to know peoples characters and also being of assistance to my fellow workers.

Great experiance

we work shifts have a good communication with workers great team worker have a gained a lot,customer service,day to day lifestyle most challenging is irate customer but you learn on how to be calm a typical working day is taking calls,resolving issues and queries,assisting in anyway possible,make sure that the customer is satisfied. make sure that if a customer is i wrong department you can be able to assist to the fullest to direct to the correct department working night shifts is a big con as you never get to spend time with your family

Fast leaner and adjust easy in new company

Its thought me how to handle customers and adjust to new managers and its good working there even though the salary doesnt meet all my needs and wants and enjoy most when we give each other feed back about out calls

Good way to gain experience

Well established company Long working hours including weekends I had a great relationship with my colleagues. They are very friendly I enjoyed the overall environment and the immediate help if needed Biggest challenge was getting used to working with different systems

Learning curve

My duties as a customer service representative are to attract potential customers by answering product and service information, suggesting information about other available products and services, maintain customer records by updating account information, resolve customer complaints by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution of the problem. I help customers with bill related queries, technical issues with their devices, general queries such as porting to Telkom, data transfers and purchases, cancellation of contracts, customers ordering additional subscriptions such as minutes , data , international roaming activation.

Good learning experience

Its a good company to work for.. lots of fun activities are done to keep employees motivated. It also does donations to places selected by employees.its a great place to work..especially because of the wmployees. You forget your stress and life problems once you are at work. There is lot of work not related to billing department, which you end up not ckear in regards to your work scope.

Willing to learn further within the industry

Working with me is easy. Im a bubbly person so that makes me approachable... I maybe young but I'm very mature. I treat everyone with respect and expect the same towards me. I enjoy giving customers the best experience when it comes to customer service.

Great experience

_my day is filled with laughter, representing my company forever smiling will the customer clarifying information in terms of billing _with my co-worker team work is of vital -to work as team n understanding that people are different and we all have good intentions one way or the other _a happy environment jokes, laughter, _dealing with incompetent people
