Home away from home

Great management, coworkers, and trainers. What I love about my role is the ability to resolve queries that sometimes challenging and being able to pat my back. Dealing with accounts needs your full attention and your mind needs to be present all times. Refunds and credits needs focus and one needs to be passionate about what they are doing. Doing account recons can be challenging and can take some tine but once you are done it's all smiles. I have learnt to be patient and know that all things are possible if you put your everything in what you do.
