Great company to work for

AECI is a good company , i have learnt to focus o my job, to work with diverse cultures, to be aware of time, to be strategic and to be patient. The most challenging aspect is working continuous shift, you always have to plan your life according to the shift roster. good relationship with co workers.

Good

I work 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Enjoy running trials on effluent water. Enjoy interacting with the people of my level Respect is according to levels management take credit for the work done by subordinates

Excellent Research and development experience

Experse is a diverse company that deal with research from mining, agriculture and chemicals additives. In my experience at the company I deal with fertilizer coating, reformulations, customer application, product stability, customer plant support, customer centricity and inhouse and customer plant trials. I have excellent communication skills verbally and written. We also develop deformers silica and non silica base. I am also an in-house engineer that deals with applications improvement and development. Do research on new equipment that can improve our laboratory processes. I look forward in discussing my capabilities with you in person

Excellent learning curve

it is a friendly working environment with something new to learn on a daily basis. we work with chemicals.we do research and development for paper industry,supplying defoamers,biocides and sizing agent. we are allowed to share work among different departments including foundry and timber, mining and construction and consumer specialties.

Pros: learning new things everyday

Excellent leaning curve

I enjoyed working for AECI. Since i stated eorking for them 15 year ago . I have learned to works in a team and also work individually. I have gained a lot of experience in research on improving plant performances and quality.

Excellent learning

The most challenging aspects of this job is that most buy out stock arrived at our clients with less shelf life, and it becomes a problem cos the supply will tell you a different story altogether and your clients will not pay for that.

Great learning experience

I have great interpersonal skills and able to connect easily with people. I have learnt about Solutions Manager and SAP. I enjoy process improvement work. The most challenging aspects is when requirements gathering isn't done for the project team itself.
