Hard worker

• Take responsibility of the shift • Monitor emergency and non-emergency stats • Handling client complaints • Perform routine Inspections on computers/repeaters • Ensure that work is done according to company procedures • Uphold and enforce a high level of discipline • Ensure that back-up vehicles and SAPS are sent when they are incident reported • Gather information and compile Daily Report, 2 Hourly Report • Keep daily incidents and records in the Occurrence Book • Listen to call and record to access the Operators • Make use of Voice Record to observe the Two way Radio, Incoming and Outgoing Call • Assessing the Operator with their performance • Monitoring the Calls and abandon Calls • Ensure that the team met the target • Coaching the Operators • Make sure the business is running well • Typing of docket

My company is a very dynamic place to work in..The culture, values of the company makes it exciting. I have learned a lot in this industry and the kind of knowledge and experience I have is highly skilled. The challenges are also learning curves.

Yes it will be an excellent learning curve

I have been employed with ADT since 2016 and currently employed as an Armed Response officer, S.B.V cash in transit since 2013 and performed voluntary service at the South African Police Service (Bellville Station) from 2007 till 2011 where I was actively involved with the community. My current duties include but are certainly not limited to responding to alarms protecting of properties and escorting them safely to their place of dwelling also detaining suspects and searching. The fleet management, administration and general care of the official vehicle in my possession.

Cons: Long hours is not a problem for me

MORE TRICKY THINGS TO LEARN

WE HAVE 5 DAYS OF WORKING AND IS MORE REASONABLE ,MOST OF THE JOB WE GET WE WORK AS A GROUP AND WE ARE ALL THE SAME AS WE WORK AS A GROUP NO ONE KNOWS BETTER THAN OTHER WE ARE ALL THE SAME.I LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH GROUPS,CUSTOMER SERVICES,TO RUN THE CABLE AND MANY MORE.I DID ENJOY EVERYTHING AT MY JOB.THE MOST CHALLENGING PART IS WHEN U GET A FAULTY PERIPHERALS AND WHEN U WANT TO FIND A FAULTY THINGS

I was working as tech assistance

Iam self confident ,hardworking and willing to learn new things,iam just recently completed My bsc degree in information system and Applied mathemathics,i have learned more about networking , programming during the period of my studies Iam also looking forward to grow in other technical field,i also technical experience in Installation of security system such as ids and dsc Iam humble enough and want to be considered In this position

WORKING SHIFTS DAY AND NIGHT,MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS VERY GOOD AS I ENJOYING WORKING AS A TEAM. I ENJOYING GOING OUT TO OUR CLIENTS AND FIND OUT WHAT CAN WE DO TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICE AND ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AND I LEARNT A LOT FROM THEM AS THEY GIVE DIFFERENT VIEWS. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF OUR JOB IS HOW FAST CRIME IS GROWING IN SOUTH AFRICA AND THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY THEY USING TO COMMIT CRIME
