Adidas is all exciting and fun however there's no place for growth

The team is interesting and fun to work with mangers are not always strict and serious they make working at Adidas easy and worthwhile you get to know more about all the training and running garments you get to meet different people from different backgrounds who are clueless about the correct running and training shoes and garments.. However there is no place for growth people remain casuals for a very long time before becoming permanent

Great learning platforms

I have learnt that you have to be always up to date with the latest items that comes and hoes in the store regardless of whether we sell it or not at our store as long as it is still with the company assets which we provide, I've learnt that customers are not the same you have to adjust to everyone that walks into the store and make them feel welcome and important to make their shopping/browsing experience great so that they can keep coming back, also learnt that team work and communication is i8mportant.

Pros: Great company for growth
Cons: They somehow dont adhere to their own return policy rules

Excellent communication skills,costomer care,incoming and outcoming calls and team work

I have obtained so much from my current job. I have gained a better knowledge in costomer care,communiction skills,incoming and outcoming calls,orders taken from customers,filings and a growth in team work.

Pros: Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
Cons: 09:00 to 18:00

Excellent learning curve

I work in retail where we deal with different characters each and everyday,but I always manage to always smile with the next customer no matter what happened with the previous customer,I have learned that don't ever bring nagative energy in the store,always be punctual with time,and always give the best customer service and always wear ur smile.

Great experience

The company is great to work for because of the perks like medical aid and bonus but the senior management is poor in growth for individuals and the constant favouritsm that happens from senior management.

It was my first working in retail,

I'm a fast learner, dedicated to what I do loyal as well. I strive under pressure and also work well with my colleagues. Attention to detail is my strong point.
