I am a hard worker not afraid of work and willing to learn from others And help them.I am able to work with different characters and deal with them inn their own different ways.and I believe every workplace has its challenges and they should be dealt with how ever they come.

Excellent work experience

I am a highly motivated and driven individual given any task, strives to master it and excel. I may not always know a new concept but once I realise my weakness I make every effort to learn and master. It is through this skill that I have outshined my colleagues in the workplace and have excelled.

Good learning project.

My day is always hectic but very productive. We are a unity group of 5 people. Our relationship is healthy,honest and we respect one another. I have learnt work ethics,work underpressure, and client skills. I enjoy working alone because I get to understand my work duties appropriately. What's most challenging about the job are the deadlines for the months. But because I am dedicated to my work I make things to possible inorder to meet the dealines for the task given.

Good lerning curve

It is a good company and it is a quite some time has been operating and in industy. Good services but techinical problems sometimes obviously. But they take time to find you a permant job.

Pros: Good oppurtunity to build an expirience.

Excellent learning curve

its agood and safe working environment theres also no place for growing as an individual you learn but you do training without recieveing any certificate of anysort

Great work space

Monday to Wednesday are hectic with data capturing Good relationship especially with my direct manager and resource consultant Being a team player and assisting wherever possible Helping those who are in need of jobs Catching deadlines as the are closingbtimes to submit payroll hours

Had an excellent time working for Blu

It was great working for bluing had a good time working for Blu, it was a good experience I have learned a lot of things working for them.good management, good colleagues and the environment was excellent also.i would reccomend tit to other people

I learnt to relax and allow people to express their views and give answers afterwards

I have a very close relationship with my employees as a results they always choose me when they need help. I have learnt to always keep calm and allow employees to express their views. I enjoy my work mostly when I resolve issues for my employees when they seem to be difficult with others.The most challenging part is when you deal with a client that doesn't allow you to teach them how your company does things.

Pros: There is opportunities for growth because you learn new things mostly everyday
Cons: When the company makes you do somethings which I know very well that the results maybe bad plus when your work is not appreciated.
