. I specialise in Sales & Marketing . I do tendering . I train clients on our High Voltage Electrical Equipment . I do customer visits . I do equipment failure investigations . I import (if need be) and export equipment . I service clients nationally and internationally . I enjoy travel countries like: Botswana, Swaziland, China, India, etc on business trips . I have good relationship with my clients, colleagues and our factory employees . I always try to meet and even exceed my client's expectations on time . Always make follow-ups with my clients in order to offer them good after sales service . The most challenging aspect of my job is when I don't meet delivery dates as per Purchase order Acknowledgements due to unforeseen reasons, i.e. late arrivals of imported equipment due to delays in manufacturing or problems in the sea.

Honest person.
Honest and loyal person. Self driven and good people skills. Teamwork is very important and i am a good leader and good at giving training. Good at problem solving and meeting deadlines. Working under stress i am used to.

Great working opportunity
A day at ACTOM is enjoyable. There is always a happy vibe in the air. There is a lot of teamwork and the coworkers are like one big family. The job may become repetitive and less challenging as your experience gets stronger. This is a good company to work in if you are doing extra studies as you do get free time now and again when faults are low.
Pros: Electrical Engineering Technicians test or modify developmental or operational electrical machinery or electrical control equipment and circuitry in industrial or commercial plants or laboratories. Usually work under direction of engineers or technologists.

Hard worker and reliability, non smoker and not drinking, able to work stand by and unplanned overtime fast learner willing to learn more, 9 open minded good team player and able to work individually, able to work under pressure

Gained a lot of experience
Plan the installation activities upfront and ensure correct materials, correct tools, sufficient access to the work area, arrange transport to move the installation materials to site. Perform Risk assessments with the Installation team and obtain work permits to work. • provide supervision on-going. Stay with the team while they perform all the work activities. Ensure the team complete the work in line with the quality standards. • Auditing work to ensure safety, quality and efficiency remain intact.

It was a good learning curve
i learned to work independent i was very close with my co-workers,i learnt that when you need to achieve something go for it never give up,i enjoyed loading my orders through MRP update monthly prices was very challenging because the new prices should be on a system before the new month

Excellent work experience
Time management. Communication skills being able to communicate with of all employees of all cultures multilingual. Problem solving abilities adhere to any employee who needs help and assistance. Team work. The ability to have sense of emergency. Putting employees first. Professionalism. Great relationship with the employees. I have learnt time Management, being professional and patient. I enjoy the humor of the people. Nothing was challenging about my job did the same thing for 4 years. Now I want to be challenged and grow.

A good company to work for to learn electrical materials and the appliations
A typical work day will consist of answering lot of phone calls, making quotations and follow up, taking instructions from seniors to meet sales targets. The relationship with my co-workers I consider them like my brothers and sisters, am always willing to go extra mile to help even if is out of work and I get back the same treatment. I learnt a lot from my senior management, different products in the electrical materials, and how to solve problems, always speak when things don't go as expected and ask for help same time, do not wait until long to get help. There is no good feeling going home after work everyday know all your day work is done and all the set targets are meet to management satisfactions. The most challenging aspects will be not meeting the customer satisfactions, as our job is to meet the client needs to make the clients life easy not difficult. Not meeting deliveries on due to the suppliers delivery delays is frustrating as is not your fault and is out of your control.

Always willing to learn
Work is always very busy and deadlines is a lot. My relationship with my co-workers are good and we work well together. I have learned a lot by being in a supervision position and learning how to work with employees reporting to me. I enjoy the good team work and being busy and facing new challenges daily. It is a lot of stress, working hard to meet deadlines and doing financial costs that is accurate as it is very important for work to be as close to perfect as possible.
