Mandatory learning curve

I did cabling setting up desktops, reporting faults, replacing failed hard-drives and also upgrading to ssds. Installing OS on old machines. Migrations to office 365. Setting up ADSL routers, connecting switches. Assist with teamviwer on client laptops, connecting to servers remotely.

Pros: Great workplace entry opportunity
Cons: Long ours of waiting for work and recovering OS.

Gained a lot of experience

I normally arrange how to perform my day to day duties first thing when I arrive at the workplace. The relationship I had with my co-workers was superb we were able to work as a team. As for myself being an intern at my previous company have learnt so much regarding how you approach a client and able to excellent results towards the clients needs. I enjoy most when we were working on weekends for maintenance or perhaps there was job needed in due date and time.

Beginners learning curve

The company is too free for learners to do whatever they feel too comfortable. That’s cos there is not too much attention given to the learner to be fully developed.
