Demanding contract - project related - planning and execution tested our endurance

All mining projects of process plants demanded real hard work against delivery dates - co worker relationships team work and safety were the very essence on which an EPCM project hinges. Learning to be innovative when we where behind schedule - doing things right the first time and bringing about a new working culture in a country where the local population are not very helpful. We enjoyed the project when we realised that we have indeed made a difference.

Pros: Top dollar remuneration made up for all the sacrifice and being away from home
Cons: Fixed term contract - project ended
