I have learnt how to interact with my peers and customers and how to dress professionally at times , being reliable ,handling and dealing with clients,upskilling and sharing the knowledge with others,time management,time sheet,mintue taking , answering switchboard calls,telephone ettiquette, Greeting and Meeting clients in a polite manner,Diaries updates and appoinments. Time -sheet updates ,ordering stationery for my department, being inciative at all times. What I have enjoyed most is having Social -club breakfast once a month with my co-workers. The most challenging aspects of job is that you always working under-pressure.

Good experience
The experience is good dealing with customers, coming to an environment were the work ethics are at par, I have learnt to deal with irate clients, I have gained customer service skills, Problem solving skills It might be challenging but I'm willing to engage in every project we as a department handle, I strive to work under pressure and dillinger within expected Slate

Banking experience especially for compliance
I am working normal day hours which is eight and overtime if requested to work so. our working relationship is very nice because we were working as a team, we were assisting each other as a team. I gained more experience in Kyc, remediation and got a light on what exactly money laundering means, what are the peps and the legal documents which are needed to be uploaded on bank's systems. I have also gained an experience on Research. I enjoyed much of client data capturing and reviewing their documents. The most challenge is when we requests documents from the clients and they delayed to reach us.
Pros: Working smarter brings a quality job
Cons: Working under pressure disturbs good quality, so is much better to finish job in time to avoid pressure

Lack of growth
Absa is a awesome company,but due to new policies and Future plans it's no longer the right company for me,i wish to supplement my experience with the correct education that was my goal i made a decade ago My ideal is to get to the root of excelent customer service through life and work experiences and to become goal orientated through the correct path and education Absa provided the learning curve i needed to understand and to identify my next goal I enjoyed absa because it was a true client invironment And the people were friendly and professional

Application for position of Personal Assistant.
I Manabalala Morgan would like to apply for position ofPersonal Assistant as I am disabled candidate using surgical boot. I have grade 12, N4-N6 Management Assistance and IT System Development. I have 6 months experience in admin, 18 months experience in IT Department working as a Web Developer and I am currently working at ABSA so far I have 8 months experience.

Excellent learning
i currently don't work but the working there was nothing but of great pleasure. the person i worked under was understanding and helped were help was needed. on day to day basis i would lock in at 8 and answer calls from different clients and help with their different needs as i was a customer service client, i enjoyed working with co-workers as i'm a peoples person, i learned a lot about being patient as i didn't have that in me and most of all the really loved helping the different clients that called in on a daily basis.

Before you earn, you work
A day wasted is money lost , big company and competition amongst colleagues is too high let alone our company's competitors. It was a great opportunity for me.

I would like to work in corporate, and to be given the chance to grow.
Engen is a corporate company that requires the best and highest quality from all staff regarding the roles they play in their space. i personally find that the environment enhances your personal growth and allows for you to want to push even harder, regardless your job title as it is important to be happy in your environment. i have learnt and grown from where i first started and that is what i am looking for in my next job. i would like an opportunity to prove myself in my next job.
Pros: the salary was great.
Cons: night shift was not something i looked forward to but i never complained.
