Excellent Learning Environment
High pressured environment, I lead Support for the Core Banking Applications. Martin for error is very low. Attention to detail is key. I make sure that the applications are perfoming optimally.

I accept hard work and pressure not only as a challenge but also as a judgement of my abilities. I believe that my knowledge would be beneficial to any Company and lack thereof will be compensated by my enthusiasm to learn. I am a hard working and conscientious person, always willing to help others. My good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people on all levels has enabled me to establish and maintain good working and social relationships as well as giving me the ability to adapt to demanding working situations. My practical judgement and ability to learn quickly, while remaining calm have always been my strengths. I consider myself as being open minded and flexible and for me the essence of a job is personal fulfilment, to be excited and motivated about the work undertaken. I would therefore excel in a working environment that is supportive and challenging, which encourages individuals initiative and participative cooperation.

Excellent learning curve
- A typical work day Working to be better than yesterday, New information received on a daily basis with immediate adjustment. - Your relationship with co-workers I learn so much from my co-workers. - What you have learnt I have learned to be competent, to be be ready for anything that comes my way, I have also learned to be cautious and how to see important my job is. - The most challenging aspects of the job The only challenge was how to reduce the volume of work in a lesser amount of time.

I have good working relationship with staff. Very accurate and panctual. Can work under pressure. Handle work load very well. Have learnt a lot dealing with clients complaint and resolving issues. Staff disciplinary and conduct. Have learnt lot doing Judgments for Acting Judge Good Organising skill , functions, board meeting, workshops and conferences. Efficient and very neat .

Adapt easily to change, willing to learn and grow within the organization
I am currently working for Absa Business Banking as Quality Assurance. I conduct quality check on opening documents that involve complex structures, I am very analytic, adhere to company policies and procedures. I have +5 years experience I also conduct training to my colleagues who need training and Bankers.

Good communication skills
1.What is like to work for my company My day to day work includes calling users and make arrangement with them to delivery the laptops or to attend the incidents Follow up with Users on old calls and update those calls as per Escalate unresolved calls to the IT managers or to the third IT level 3. I have learned to be always calm no matter how difficult is the situation or Client i am dealing with 4.I am enjoying to work with people and see their IT problems resolved by me 5.Most Challenging aspects on my job is to work on the deadline but i take extra hours if it neccesary to finish my job on time

i work with customers and mostly my role intails customer service and making sure that the serivice scores are on par based on staff competency,customer value and customer ease.on busy days i also do teller processing of transactions (deposits,withdrawals and transfering of cash between clients accounts. i work well with my collequeas and for a stronger working relationship and improvement we give each other constructive critisism. through out the years ive been with absa i learnt 3 departments work and also do relief as a specialist manager if my manager is not in. i enjoy working in a team and the most cahllenging aspects of my job would be having to please a difficult client especially on things that are beyond the branch level where you cant really say no but have to make ways of assisting.
