Continuous improvement in performance

I started working as a Process artisan for 8 years until I got promoted to Production team leader in 2008 and I believe that the promotion came about due to the discipline I carry and taking charge of my accountabilities.

Excellent learning

Great company and good communication skills and safety olways comes first lots of opportunities challenges with all the employees we were like a family help one another what I’ve learnt is to run a big plant such as the one in abinbev and challenges only there is a power failure

Good learning curve

- very up beat and fast past. "high performance" - awesome team members but aggressive stakeholders - social events are amazing - Not a typical job lots of collaboration, analysis of work and thoroughly planning always wins

Good for my career growth

My current job is hectic, very demanding and I spend long hours at work and after work to address factory issues. My day is full of meetings. The relationship with my coworkers is very good. I enjoy leading peoples, making hard decisions and improving plant performance.

aThis is a great place of wor, a global industry where you learn a lot of global requirements. Safety comes first un everything. Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve, grew me personally and professionally. The opportunities to engage with customers personally and interactions with different stakeholders.Being able to train students that are on vacational jobs and internships.I have made friends on different levels. Ability to liase with Supply Chain,Raw Mats departments.
