Challenging and educational lurning curve

I am fascinated by strategy and especially consumer buying behavior, it was a subject in Varsity I excelled in and got a distinction for, I would love to be able to make a career for myself in this field, passion and imagination are my key to my life's forthcoming attractions. I have excellent customer and co workers relationships based on trust and respect. I enjoy profit selling and stats to keep my clients up to date so they can make informed decisions and grow their businesses. I have had to adapt my approach with very diverse and cultural backgrounds and although challenging I have had great success.

Challenging and educational lurning curve

A typical day at ABI as an account manager consisted of responsibility of all national ABL and BTL in terms of management and execution of campaigns as well as managing the total service offering for the customer base including finance, sales and distribution. I has to track sales volume and market share, implement national and regional strategy by influencing retail pricing, maintain stock levels develop sound relationships with customers, placement of POS in stores. Manage merchandising companies and conduct trade visits. Manage expired stock.

Management responsibilities

I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Johannesburg. I have worked on some social sciences practical’s and some marketing projects that have tested both my creative as well as strategic skills in various academic and practical assessments. I am a positive person and treat every person with utmost respect. I am a reasonable person, a good listener, determined, self-motivated and grasp concepts at a rapid pace.

Great opportunity and learnt a lot

This is my previous employer. The work environment was awesome. Very professional and friendly staff. I learnt a lot and gained a lot of skills. Great opportunities and excellent training was provided. What I enjoyed the most was the environment, very professional and exciting all the time.

Am a diligent, hardworking

I am a diligent, hardworking individual, self-motivated and confident in my ability to take any challenges that I may come across. I am also capable to working as an individual without being supervised and also partake in a team and be very cooperative and also share my knowledge. I believe I am the person who best understands the objectives of working with people. I believe in the work I do and wish that may also take part in your organization.

I lead by personal example

SAFETY and QUALITY before production always. I am a brewer first ie quality standards and compliances to be adhered too over volume.Our people need to be safe first and then happy at work produce great results I interact with all levels by 10am daily, I love that I get to meet and speak to my people first thing.Every day is a new challenge however we our meetings are so structured as we follow a MCRS. My job is situational and two weekly forecast due to our process. I believe we are a team and I help other departments daily,however this too gets overwhelming at times which impacts brewing directly

I enjoy myself working in the company

The company was excellent to work for, and the introduce one to all corners of the business, That's way all employees are warehouse operators coz they are equipped with the skills to perform every task within a warehouse
