Gave me knowledge in Pharmaceutical.

Abbott Laboratories I always arrived at work an hour before and left an hour later because I enjoyed being at the office and being taught different things each day by my team. No day was ever the same because a day came with new challenges. I was admin assistant to two regulatory affairs specialist, one quality assurance specialist and one quality assurance associate. I covered most of their admin and it was fun because I learnt a lot along the way. My relationship with my team mates was good, we respected one another. The pressure was too much and it would get to me but my team was very supportive.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Working under a lot of people

Leadership skills

I start my work with a plan of what I am going to do for the day like, create Purchase orders, filing , circulating paperwork to the relevant managers. The relationship with my co workers is one where I can be able to learn from them where I lack knowledge and they learn from me. I have learnt mutual respect in important we have different personalities. The most challenging aspect is sometimes compromising what I do not like doing and doing it, like making tea etc.

Pros: Great opportunity to get my Certificate

Excellent learning curve

It was a learning curve and i have grown a lot and I'm confident in everything I'm doing from training customers and troubleshooting and installing instruments. I also like travelling and making life easy for customers. I'm a hard worker,reliable and good communicator.

Excelent skill development

Throughout my high school and tertiary career; I have formed an integral part of the organisations. In my years at the University of the Free State; I have made my mark as leader, participating by Facilitating Tutorials and academically advising first year geology students as well as Social and Academic officer of the Golden Key International Honour Society which recognises the top academic15% students in each faculty. In the year 2012 June I was a presenter for the SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) UFS team at the National competition which took place at The Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg.
