He company is stable ad opportunities plenty but hindered by nepotism and favoritism. You hqe to Compromising ad keeping your opinions to yourself eennif they can benefit the company because one needs to stay in the good books of those that influence their growth.

Looking for something permanent.
I just want a permanent position preferpreferably in the fitter and turner field as I am now working in the electrical field. I learned a lot electrical stuff and enjoy the site work.

Good management
Flexible hours at work. The companies does value education and gives incentives to professionally registered employees. The pay I not as high as it should be because the reponibility is huge when considering project work.

Great Management experience in a wide field.
My responsibility was to manage 8 service business units, each unit with a responsible service manager. Reporting to the CEO I had to facilitate monthly performance meetings, be responsible for adherence to HSE regulation. Monitor Sales pipeline and performance Manage financial performance and cash collection Manage project delivery performance. Manage high level customer interface and build relationship with customers and partners. Personal satisfaction came from year on year growth, performance and profitability improvement results. My years of working in a multi-cultural work place and environment and positive feedback from subordinates, management, peers and customers bring the personal satisfaction to drive you to higher results.

Learning new things daily
It's start with a hectic morning till 12H00 if you are lucky, then i deal with call outs. You have to deal with complaining clients that are never happy. Sometimes is long hours and weekends as well. Sometimes i deal with contractors that are not performing to a good standard. You learn new things in order to reduce the cost going to the contractors

Excellent working and learning
Working in ABB is very enjoyable, especially when is Evenning because we had milk and coffees to drink in winter, my cliques are very open we use to ask everything to our supervisors, we were doing mv and Lv switch gears as wireman s , and solar convention substation
