At AA I experience lot off thing I did the call taking (inbound call) and do dispecting (outbound) also do the follow up agent ...the job was fun and full of challenge that I enjoy much and the environment was good it was fun and my working days was monday to friday and two weekend in a month .it was good to work at AA
