A confident and highly organized administrative professional with experience in business coaching, field research, business management and communication. Consistently impressing employers which has resulted in fast track advancement to more senior positions. Well-spoken, capable of adapting to last minutes changes. Loyal and able to work under a pressure.

Quality Work Experience

I am currently doing a Quality Work Experience program at the Youth Employment Service. I am based at a community Hub in Alexandra. My role there is to assist the Youth coming in from the local community with any technical issues that there might be having with our systems, and to also assist our coordinators and instructors with new ways to improve the training that we offer at the hub. From this experience I have learnt the importance of working as team to achieve our goals. I enjoyed helping the local youth possibly taking their first steps towards their desired future of being employed.

Pros: Quality Work Experience
Cons: Started the actual work a fee months into the contract.

Excellent learning curve, I am more aware of which part of the industry I want to grow into.

Work days are different for me as I market coordinate as well as social media coordinate. The staff in general are kind and driven people. I have learnt how to manage social media pages on my own. I enjoy when jobs are created for youth as that is our main mission.

Pros: It is a very good cause
Cons: I don’t see possible growth for myself
